Policies & Terms
Kajun Jeanie is honored to have you as a client. We strive to provide 5 star service to each client. We will do our best to make sure that each client is as relaxed as possible in our child free atmosphere. Please read all terms, conditions, and questions before selecting a service for full understanding. Policy is strictly enforced.
No extra guest allowed, and no children allowed. All clients requesting any our services must be at least 18 years of age. A form of ID (state or government/military issued) must be present before services begin. Dishonesty of any sort will result in a cancelled appointment and there will be no refund on any payment made towards services.
Things to know and consider before arriving at your scheduled appointment:
*Make sure you are extra clean front & back right before your intimate wax appointment
*Do not shave or trim hair prior to scheduled appointment
*Hair needs to be at least ¼ inch in length. (1/2 inch for extremely course hair)
*One to two days before your waxing, you should exfoliate any body area to be waxed
*Avoid moisturizing the day of your waxing
*Avoid tanning as it increases sensitivity
*Wear loose fitting clothing
*Please do not schedule appointments during your menstrual cycle
*Please schedule your appointment allowing you time to arrive promptly for your appointment
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
*Please wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth. All guest and employees are required to wear a mask 100% of the time while inside of our facilities except for certain services as discussed below. The mask MUST always cover your nose and mouth to be effective. Guest who do not want to wear a mask will not be allowed to enter and will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
*We will take the temperature of all guest upon entry with a touch less thermometer. Anyone with a fever over 100.4 will not be able to enter and will be rescheduled without a cancellation fee. If you feel ill for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and do not come to your appointment.
*All guest will be asked to wash their hands-on arrival
Deposit/Fees/Payments/Gratuity:
*There will be a $20 deposit on all services
*Deposit goes towards your service(s) but is nonrefundable
*Remaining balance can be paid in cash or credit/debit
*There will be an additional $2 fee for all credit/debit card charges
*We do not accept the following methods of payments: Cash App, PayPal or Apple Pay etc.
*There will be an additional $10 fee for booking incorrectly
*There will be an additional $30 fee for cancellations/reschedule after your 24hr time frame
*No show will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled
**Please note if the payment card on file declines, Kajun Jeanie Wax Studio will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after the date of the scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business but of the signer/acknowledger of this agreement.**
BOOKING: (Read the booking process thoroughly)
*If you have never been serviced at Kajun Jeannie you are a new client (please select accordingly)
*Make sure your select all services wanted during the booking process
*No changing services nor adding services once you have arrived at your appointment
* You will only receive the services you selected during the booking process
*If you book incorrectly there will be an additional $10 charge. (If time permits, we will perform the service(s) if not you will have to reschedule.)
*By scheduling your appointment you agree to the terms that all services require a non refundable deposit that will be applied to your service.
** In the unfortunate event that your specialist must be absent due to sickness/or an emergency, you understand that no refunds will be granted however you will be rescheduled at the next available time as priority. We strive to be present and ready to service each client.**
LATE ARRIVAL/RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW:
*If you are more than 10 min late your scheduled appointment and time will be subject to being rescheduled due to time constraints. There will be in extra $10 fee if the service is able to be rendered that day if not you will be asked to reschedule.
*The applied deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
* The appointment must be rescheduled with in 5 days for your deposit to apply. On day 6 and after a new deposit will be required.
*No Show will result in you being charged the full amount of any service scheduled and to book again for future appointments you will be required to pay the full balance of any service prior to your new appointment.
*Cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled services must be done at least 24 hours before rescheduled appointment.
* If a service is canceled or rescheduled after the 24hr time frame, an additional $30 fee will be charged.
* You are responsible for making any changes to your appointment.
*You can reschedule/cancel scheduled appointments from your confirmation email. (Be sure to input the correct email address)
EXTRA IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Clients must agree to follow post care/aftercare treatment plan and or product suggestions from Kajun Jeanie Wax Studio specialist.
*In the event of any medical concerns post treatment, client agrees to contact medical professional and follow up with Kajun Jeanie Wax Studio service provider.
*Client agrees to give an accurate account of medical history, current medications, allergies, and any products used topically or by ingestion.
*Any open wounds, cuts, sores, etc. on the service area per LSBC, the specialist can not perform any service on said area.
**Once you leave your scheduled appointment your are acknowledging that the service was completed and expectations were met.**
***In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down), deposits are still nonrefundable and prepaid service plans are nonrefundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposit goes toward appointment only.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by text or email. If we feel that the conversation requires a phone conversation, we will call you at our earliest convenience. We do not accept calls due to providing clients with our full attention. We will respond to all text and emails with in 24 to 48 hours.
I am acknowledging the card processing, expectations; and giving permission to charge card services rendered, deposits, reschedule, and or cancellation fees. All charges are valid and cannot be flagged as fraudulent.
